Solid Waste Management (SWM)
Started working in the Municipal Waste Management industry in 2016 with the aim of attaining sustainable development to aid in fighting climate change, Aadarsh Bharat Enviro Private Limited has left no stone unturned in forging its footprint across India by providing Municipal Corporations with Sustainable Environmental Solutions.
Solid Waste Management Operations:

1.Material Recovery Facility (MRF)

2.RDF & Composting

3.Scientific Landfill (SLF)

4.Biomining of Legacy Waste

5.Waste to Energy & Bio-methanation (Proposed)

6.Continuous Plastic Pyrolysis (Proposed)

Our Challenging Technology for Municipal Solid Waste Processing
We employ advanced technologies for processing municipal solid waste, including:
Tromels Segregation
Eddy Current Metal Separator
Air Density Separators (ADS)
Plastic Separator
Stone Separator
Fine Cutting Shredders
Transfer Conveyors
EOT Cranes & Hydraulic Grab Buckets, etc.

100% Segregation
We focus on segregating wet and dry organic waste from mixed solid waste and separating materials such as:
Coconut Shells
Low-Density Plastic
High-Density Plastic
Metal Parts
Stone, etc.
The dry organic waste is converted into RDF (Ready to Use in Boilers), which can replace coal in cement plants and power plants. The wet organic waste is sent to windrows for aerobic composting.

100% Segregation

Segregation Process:
Bio-Degradable: Compost
Non-Bio-Degradable: RDF/Pyrolysis
Recyclable: Plastic, Metal
Residue: Coconut Shell

Material Recovery Facility (MRF)

Waste enters a MRF when it is dumped onto the tipping floor by the collection trucks. The materials are then scooped up and placed onto conveyor belts, which transport them to the pre-sorting area. Here, human workers remove items that are not recyclable, which will either be sent to a landfill or an incinerator. The recyclable materials are then recovered. Typical materials recovered at MRFs include: ferrous metals, aluminum, glass, PET, HDPE, and mixed paper.
RDF & Composting

Composting is the natural process of decomposition and recycling of organic material into a humus-rich soil amendment known as compost. While the MRF process is being carried out, wet waste from the mixed waste is automatically segregated with the help of a conveyor belt and is then used for composting. The wet waste is bio-degraded by spraying culture and turning it for 45 days. This compost is sold to farmers and used as fertilizer by them.
After segregating the wet waste, the remaining dry waste is passed through a series of shredders to reduce its size to create Refused Derived Fuel (RDF), which has a high calorific value and is used in incinerators, power plants, cement factories, etc.
